This guide explores some of the dynamic blocks in LOOP designed to elevate your content and enhance your brand's online presence — video sections, countdowns, timelines, and signpost blocks.

Video Section

Embed videos directly into your pages to bring your attraction or brand to life. Add a Video Section block, input the video URL (YouTube or Vimeo recommended), and publish. Ensure privacy settings allow embedding.

Countdown Block

Add urgency and excitement with a real-time countdown. Add a Countdown Block, set the deadline date and time, and publish. You can adjust size options and choose between slide or flip animations.

Use cases: countdown to an event, competition, or launch; promote limited-time ticket sales or offers.

Timeline Block

Visually present chronological events or a sequential flow. Add a Timeline Block, create timeline groups (e.g. by year or event type), and add items with titles, descriptions, and optional links.

Layout options include a centred view (alternating items either side) or horizontal scrolling for a modern feel. Great for milestones, achievements, or mapping out immersive experiences step by step.

Signpost Block

Create large, clickable sections to guide users to key areas of your site. Add a Signpost Block, populate with icons, titles, and subheadings, and link each signpost to its destination.

Use cases: highlight popular pages like "Buy Tickets" or "Explore Attractions"; create navigation shortcuts for different user needs. Especially effective on mobile with touch-friendly icon + text combinations.
