How do I link to a PDF from a page?

Add a link as you usually would in the CMS:

Instead of adding a URL or selecting an internal page, you will need to click 'add media':

Here, you can select your file to link to (PDF is usually the best format in these situations).

You can then add a title for your button/CTA and submit:
